23.01.2022 I am so incredibly proud of this lady! Stacey Jayne signed up to the 12 week challenge & from the moment we had our first consultation I knew she was serious about making life long changes. Stacey has 4 children, plus a stepdaughter, works full-time and has a FIFO partner which means she runs the house most weeks. Most people would use this as an excuse, convincing themselves they don’t have enough time... NOT Stacey, she gave this challenge 100% and lost a massive 20.6kg.... Although her physical transformation is amazing, I have also watched her confidence grow dramatically. Stacey has realised she is capable of so much more than she initially thought. It’s been over 2 weeks since end of challenge, she’s still exercising & making healthy lifestyle choices. Stacey is looking to maintain her weight & dominate the next challenge in August!
