20.01.2022 Good times!! I remember that while pushing through this mud up to my belly button 20kms in to this Spartan Race... I was thinking about how people actively think and convince themselves that they can’t achieve certain things... ...They seem to actively convince themselves they can’t, shouldn’t or wouldn’t ever be able to achieve or do certain things, without even giving that particular thing a go... So not even trying to see if what they thought they couldn’t do was actuall...y accurate?! I find that fascinating... I am one to always ‘give it a try’ at minimum and if I fail(which is often) that’s the biggest success because I would have learnt more about me and that to me is so valuable and that is what life is all about!!
