20.01.2022 Collabosaurus When the going gets locked down, the lockdowns get creative. If the clothes can't be made, at least let us make beautiful masks. Pretty happ...y to bring the prints of @isabelninayoung to faces. Especially when it's the last day of winter. This fabric has been hand screen printed by her, from her native botanical series. "Callistemon", also know as bottlebrush. We've worked on these babies via distance, in an effort to start to bring some beauty from local artists into the masks. 12.01.2022 What a stunning sight! Just before Christmas each year, this poinciana tree in Bundaberg, QLD, bursts into a vivid red bloom. When the Draper family moved into ...their home in September, the tree looked like it was on its last legs, but just a few months later, it exploded with bright red flowers. They had no idea they had become part of a celebrated annual tradition for locals. The tree is apparently 125 years old! : ABC Wide Bay
