07.01.2022 We are back and Happy New Year! Due to the number of customers making appointments and not showing up in the past 12 months, we have now introduced a no-show fee of $40 per dog. This is in place to reduce the amount of people not showing up, cover a slight cost of having the spot filled and having no work. We encourage you to please send us an email or cancel via text if you can not make your appointment as we have a cancellation list that we are able to utilise when we have notice when your reminder text message is sent out the day before. You will not be able to make a future booking until your account is paid in full if you have any no show fees.

01.01.2022 Good news all! Tuesday 21 APRIL we will reopen. It may look like a little war zone with signage etc however we will do our best to make it as human contactless as possible. Please follow the signs/directions that will be in place upon our return. Doggy daycare will also reopen but we will be using a dog safe version of Glen20 disinfectant over the top of daycare dogs. If this concerns you, please do not bring your dog in for daycare until we are all in the clear from Covid-...19. We know dogs cant transmit it to us however covid can sit on surfaces (their hair etc) for some time so we are trying to keep everyone as safe and happy as possible. For those who have missed appointments and are not on automatic reoccurring appointments, we will call you to reschedule your appointment as soon as possible. We will also do our best for customers who has missed appointments and have a while to wait for their next scheduled groom to fit you all in and everyone can return to some sort of normality. Any questions or concerns, please ask. Also dont stress about home grooming jobs and Isabel with her judging face on. We are so thankful for everyone and their care and patience. Lets hope we can continue to flatten the curve and abolish the madness
