We all have moments when we can't remember where we put the car keys or why we walked into the kitchen, etc. Retracing our steps often helps, not always, to get the reason behind it back in our mind. What happens now, as there is increased levels of stress, cortisol levels increase and these have an impact on how our brain functions. What can we do about this? Write a list of what you need to do Have regular breaks to rest your mind Breathe deeply into the lower abdomen All of these help reduce the stress responses.
