17.01.2022 FOOD This week I have been trying hard to sort out my food habits, (don’t like the word diet!) everyday this week I have had a fruit salad for brunch, a late lunch being a salad with some sort of protein, chicken, fish, meat of some sorts and then something quick and easy for dinner! I for one have a very controversial eating pattern, I can go all day not eating and not be hungry, I can eat anything and everything within sight, I go super healthy and cut out any sugar or I... just don’t care!
