11.01.2022 Dear Customers, sorry for the bombardment of posts, but it is necessary to stay in touch to inform you of changes to our business and the impact these changes mean for you. We are still open for business until we are told by the Government to shut down. At this point in time, Automotive businesses are classed as "essential ". However, it has become necessary for us to shrink our workforce during these uncertain times.... From Monday March 30, 2020 our Ford/Mitsubishi premises at 31 Richardson Street Tully will be closed until further notice. The Holden premises on the Bruce Highway Tully will stay open for Holden, Ford and Mitsubishi sales, service and parts. All staff will be included on a roster to ensure that we are here for you, and that everyone remains employed for as long as possible. At this stage we are open Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm. We will not be open on Saturdays. These trading conditions could change, and we will keep you updated on this page. All service work and/or parts must be paid for at the time of collection of your vehicle or parts. We trust that you understand our position and thank you. 05.01.2022 With the threat of Coronavirus closing businesses around the country, we have decided to scale back our opening hours to ensure that our staff remain employed for as long as possible, and that we are able to remain open to serve the community for as long as possible. Commencing immediately we will be opening at 8.30am instead of 8.00am. At this stage close of business will still be 5.00pm. If you need to drop your car off before hours, then please drop the spare key in the d...ay before. In the past we have offered to pick your cars up, drop them off, and driven you into town or dropped you home - we are asking you to please understand our predicament in these unprecedented times, and please make other arrangements. We need to minimise the contact between each other. Our workshop and parts department will be closed on Saturdays. There will be no service work carried out, or parts sales on Saturday mornings. If that is the only time that you can come in for parts, then we ask that you ring us with your request, and your order can be left at the parts counter for you to collect and pay for on Saturday morning. Our sales staff will still be available at the dealership on Saturday mornings at this stage. As the national situation unfolds, and other changes are introduced, we will inform you on this page of the actions that we need to undertake. We hope that you understand these changes are necessary for everyones well being. Please take care of yourselves and your loved ones during these uneasy times.
