It was also the first time that Samoa taro was reimported into Australia after it was banned due to the taro leaf plight that devastated taro farming in Samoa. The Talofa products, namely Talofa frozen Taro, Yam, Breadfruit, Giant taro, Samoan koko, value-added mashed taro, sasalapa herbal juice, all became household names ever since. Our success in the import and distribution of island foods under the Talofa brand has been due in no small part to your invaluable support.
