25.01.2022 For Semi Finals as per web site All Players are to wash hands before & after play & when filling in the result sheet. Do not shake hands - just thank your opposition.... Do not hand over the balls - place them on the baseline. Observe the social distancing & remind parents to also observe the health regulations. These new rules are to safeguard all players.

23.01.2022 A reminder that tomorrow is the last day of this year's Saturday morning comp. If you haven't already, please make a note that the first week back for play is 30/1/2021. 20.01.2022 Summer Comp Final Results Hi all It has been decided by the JB Committee that because of the situation caused by COVID-19 that all finalists will receive Winning (Finalist) trophies.... These will be presented at a later date when socially accepted rules are back in place. 19.01.2022 Welcome Back All Junior Branch Players The Junior Branch Competition is Back --This comp. will have 10 matches semis & finals. First Match will be on 13th June 2020--Contact your coach for details & Blue book... Results will start on Round 6 being the 13th June Covid 19 restictions apply see Blue Book or Tennis NSW website 1) All players and visitors please follow the Social Distancing rules 2) No high fives, hand taps or shaking of hands during doubles and/or at the conclusion of the match. Tennis NSW suggest a Racquet tap, 3) Hand Sanitiser at each court. It will need to be used at the commencement and conclusion of each match by each player, or if the players leave the court during the match. 4) Play and Go Policy, no hanging around after matches are completed 5) Maximum of 10 people to be at the court with the social distancing to apply. Tennis NSW suggest only the Core people to attend the venue.

13.01.2022 To avoid forfeiting, this is a reminder that you can have a substitute player from any club i.e. a substitute player does not need to play for the same club as you. Please see below for the rules governing substitute players, which can be found in the Rule Book: Rule 14.2A - Substitute Players currently registered in another team Any team wishing to use a player that is currently playing in the competition as a Substitute Player may:... borrow a registered player only from a LOWER grade from any club; borrow the lowest seeded registered player from the lower grade of any club and this player will be considered the lowest seed (see Rule 8). A player cannot play for more than one team on the same day in the same time slot. Players may play as a Substitute Player for higher grades for unlimited matches in other teams during the current competition (although no more than 3 matches for any one team). ********** To find a player, you will need to contact the team contact/manager direct. 02.01.2022 We have received a number of comments from various people about parents refusing to allow the opposing team access to the result sheet. This behaviour must desist immediately. The result sheet needs to be completed in full, checked and signed by the PLAYERS of BOTH teams. Once that's done, the winning team is responsible for emailing a copy to [email protected] by 7pm on the day of play. Please ensure that these protocols are always adhered to and that all teams, manager...s, parents and spectators display courtesy and good sportsmanship to all present at all times.
