We are currently looking for an experienced Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technician, for immediate start, to join our service division during a period of steady sustained growth. Primarily you will work in the Sydney NSW area with some after-hours callouts, short duration regional. Any work performed outside of Sydney will enable the technician to have rostered time off as well as additional allowances. In this interesting role, you will carry out installation, commissioning, field repairs and maintenance as well as providing technical support to our customers both autonomously and in a team. Our team is committed to providing a high level of customer service while working in an efficient and professional manner. Primary duties of the role include: -Small projects work, Installation, and site coordination. -Commissioning, servicing, and fault diagnosis of CRAC units. -Maintaining a strong customer focus and good communication channels with our clients. -Providing new opportunities for service works. -Providing written and oral service reports to customers.
