24.01.2022 We want your thoughts on how we can improve safety on Melbourne-Lancefield Road - with 6 lives lost and 159 crashes, it's been identified as on of the State's h...ighest risk roads. Please comment below and let us know how you think we can make this road safer moving forward. More info about our road safety strategy can be found here bit.ly/towardszero

21.01.2022 Allow yourself to imagine the impact the closure of this office will have on you and the people in your area. How will the traffic in your area increase, both day and night as a result of driving instructors and testers flocking to other testing offices.

19.01.2022 Love it, we think your safety might be worth the extra dollars but how funny.

17.01.2022 Hey guys, we've got a quick 2-min survey asking whether you guys would like to receive your registration renewal via email and SMS. 16.01.2022 We don't normally share this type of FB Post, however, on face value it appears to be a great idea. How many of you are building your careers and lives and can't afford to buy another vehicle, now imagine you could have some piece of mind knowing that IF your vehicle got stolen you have a chance of getting it back! This happened to me when I was 19 years old and it took me 5 years to financially recover from the loss of my vehicle, and that was after my insurance paid me out. :(

16.01.2022 Staff from ITS and coincidentally many former ITS students had a incredibly rewarding experience yesterday when they donated their time and vehicles to Warrandyte Lions Club amazing initiative "In The Driver's Seat". This amazing event allows vision impaired and blind people the opportunity to drive a motor vehicle around Sandown Racetrack. For many who had a love of driving before affected by vision loss or for those who have had to endure a life more challenging than our...s due to blindness the chance to have a drive is something they truly look forward to each year. Truth be known, the true winners on the day are the driver trainers who get to spend time with these most incredible people and receive enough "food for the soul" to last a whole year. Well done to Warrandyte Lions Club and the countless others that make this day a great event. http://www.abc.net.au//sandown-raceway-melbourne-/7261678 See more

15.01.2022 A good reminder....who's seeing rain at the moment?

15.01.2022 Follow the yellow lines on the Monash! Sections from Eastlink to Clyde Road will be marked with yellow lines from this week. Be sure to drive safely and within... the yellow lines, and keep to the temporarily reduced speed limits. These yellow lines and reduced speeds are to keep the same number of lanes open for you during the day and your safety around our construction. 12.01.2022 Sorry guys, we have not done much with this page, however, we will be back soon. We are working on new video content as we aim to stay away from the typical posts driving schools tend to share. If all goes to plan, a tone of free information is coming your way suited to leaner drivers, supervising drivers and those who are already licenced! Watch this space..

11.01.2022 Please be safe on the roads

11.01.2022 A bit of a laugh for a Saturday.

10.01.2022 Thank you to the Sunbury Cricket Club for your Certificate of Appreciation. :) #Sunbury #SunburyCricketClub

10.01.2022 From 1 November 2017, all learner drivers under the age of 21 who are issued with a learner permit on or after that date will be subject to different night time driving experience requirements. The new requirement will see the night time driving experience requirement increase to 20 hours. This does NOT mean that the total number of supervised driving hours will increase. Learner drivers will still be required to complete a minimum of 120 hours of total supervised driving, ...it is only the amount of night-time driving has increased. ** Thanks to the ADTAV for this update **

05.01.2022 Second-hand cars are often seen as a cheap alternative for first-time drivers, but the risk is the less you pay, the more dangerous your vehicle may be. Download the 7 News app: http://yhoo.it/2a8SxYV #7News

04.01.2022 Sorry everyone, our phones seem to be patchy at best due to this mass outage. If you need us please PM us on Facebook or email us if you can. Kind regards, The ITS Team :)

04.01.2022 We just want to share a great bit of news for one of our most loved programs that incorporates a huge shout out to a leading Melbourne Private School (We will name them a little later). Our incredibly popular and successful Safe Driver Program for Secondary Schools will have one of its largest undertakings ever. Working with a complete year level, for at least half a year, on a weekly basis, this program explores, identifies and supplies answers to the single biggest health... risk young people will face in their coming decade. There is no logic in the thought that families, teachers, schools and individual students work flat out investing their time and effort into a future that can be severely jeopardised by serious road trauma each time they drive or travel in a car with another young driver. Studies have shown that those lucky enough to survive a crash yet suffer serious injury are 1. More likely to lose their job. 2. Remain unemployed for at least 12 months longer than the average job seeker. 3. If they return to work, it is for less wages. 4. More likely to suffer serious financial loss and stress ...the list goes on. You can only imagine the havoc serious road trauma has on the study and acquisition of future qualifications for these young Victorians. Road Trauma is a Public Health Issue, that needs to be addressed early and correctly. Any school prepared to undertake a serious timetable and financial commitment to this most important issue should be congratulated. In a year where there are suppose to have more safer cars on the road and more lower speed limits, as well as TAC stating they have the best advertising campaign than ever before, we are suffering our third year in a row of an increased road toll. You just can't replace an education that reaches inside an individual and services them for their lifetime with airbags, lower speed limits and advertisements.
