02.01.2022 E S S E N T I A L S The essentials for working from home! Who else has had to make some adjustments over the past 6 months? ... Here are a few of our top tips that we have implemented for ourselves and encourage clients to try... 1. SET YOURSELF UP There is nothing worse than trying to work from the couch or the kitchen bench all day... If possible, can you set up a corner of the house or a bedroom to be your work zone with a few of your essentials close by? This allows us to switch on and off at home which is also really important for our wellbeing. Make sure your set up allows for ample posture as well - Do you need to look at the ergonomics of your desk/chair and laptop? 2. HYDRATION It can be easy to not move as much, stay inside in the warm... and get dehydrated. We drink our hot energy tea all day which is hydrating, however we have always got our water bottles there as well and consciously add extra electrolytes and aloe vera as well. This helps with mental clarity, maintaining digestive wellness... and not putting on the iso kilos! 3. RECHARGE SOLUTIONS Be it some healthy prepared snacks, baking with your kids, listening to some music, a 20 min yoga session or walk in the fresh air... what can you do for a quick 3pm reset?
