18.01.2022 Small Group Sessions during December and January Our monthly blocks have come to an end for 2020 with tomorrow being our last ZOOM session and this Saturday our last BOOTCAMP 'n' BREKKY session. .... But wait, theres more! ....we're continuing with Small Group Sessions over the holiday season! . Grab some friends, colleagues, family and give bootcamp a go! . No lock-in periods. Casual, single sessions. The main thing is to Keep Moving. It can be a little easier, and a bit more fun with friends and in a group setting. . Whether you’re a trying to get back into a fitness routine, maintain some fitness over the holidays or someone wanting to improve their strength, cardio and endurance. Give it a go! 14.01.2022 HERE WE GO AGAIN....September is just around the corner! Join an AWESOME TEAM of AWESOME PEOPLE (thanks crew!)... * Train in the comfort of your own home! * Have a 1on1 session! (x1 session for the block, can be face-to-face or on-line, can be used as a make-up session if you miss a day, or a session to go over some exercises) * You will be added to our private IT4F ONLINE fb page and messenger chat group. An AWESOME group who care and will support you, encourage you, and not judge you! Here you will share info, ask questions, have a laugh...and banter (plenty of it), and it helps keep you accountable. * Information, workouts, ideas, will be shared on the fb page. * Fridays will be our Triple F day (Fighting Fit Fridays) where you can bring a partner along for FREE*. (partner not essential as drills will be designed for one, but can be adapted for 2). *will just need to complete pre-screening tool. No boxing experience necessary, it is just Boxing For Fitness! * Sessions will range from 30mins to 1 hr. ** And...our BOOTCAMP and BRUNCH session. Date tba. An outdoor bootcamp session, followed by a brunch at one of our local cafes. (dependant on weather, availability, other factors beyond our control). * All you need for our sessions: } a device (laptop, phone, tablet, ipad) to view and join in using the Zoom platform. After some quick ‘good mornings’ we get stuck into our session, live!... - You can train in the comfort of your own home! 04.01.2022 NEED HELP WITH NUTRITION? For some people exercise and training are set into their routine. They can get up and go! But when it comes to nutrition, this is where many of us stumble! We over-eat, under-eat, eat foods that are not so nutritious but make us feel good, then feel badand the battle continues! There’s no set of rules or diet, or any single system that provides the solution for all of us.... We can try and follow a guideline, or set of points to put us on track with better options regarding our nutrition.the bottom line isif you think you need to make some adjustments then YOU need to put that work in! .
