09.01.2022 We really enjoyed creating this cake. Yes this is two sides of one cake Two tiers, total four layers vanilla sponge cake with fresh jam and buttercream filling. The truck half is decorated with chocolate buttercream, cookie dirt and meringue rocks. The unicorn half is decorated with buttercream, fondant, pink drip, glitter and sprinkles topped with meringue ears and horn.
