25.01.2022 Good morning members Plenty on this week with the weather. Monday Night (tonight) we have two teams in. ... We have a soccer team of 10 in at 5pm We will also be hosting Manly Savers at 7:30pm for a session. Tuesday night Manly Marlins will be in from 6pm Lindfield rugby will be in from 7pm Thanks for your patience and understanding.



24.01.2022 We have been promoting neck training heavily as of late and it’s no surprise with the rate of head knocks and concussion increasing every year. If you don’t have access to fancy @theironneck or a gym. Here is a bunch of exercises to do without equipment. Word on the street is @jamessparrkerr now opens doors with his head after increasing his neck strength in this one session.

18.01.2022 With the terrible weather lashing Sydney this week it gave multiple teams the opportunity to get off the field and into the gym to work on some strength work with our coaches. In the past week we have had over 100 players from numerous teams come through and smash out some work as a team. This is where a lot of team culture can be built off the field. The 180 degree shoulder to shoulder and the 360 degree walk around. Increasing neck strength is crucial for minimising the risk of concussion in contact sports. ... 15.01.2022 What a difference a year makes. A year ago here we all were. We had just been forced closed and we didn’t know how long it would be. This was taken on that day and quite frankly I was scared where we would go and what we would do. I don’t often like to reminisce about stuff but looking at this photo got me going. Here’s a bunch of solid people that stuck by that tough time. There’s a few not in it and there’s a few more that have since joined the team and without them all. ...We wouldn’t still be here! There are plenty of gyms out there that sadly didn’t make it through the Covid lock down which is such a shame for our industry. I honestly don’t know how we would have made it without this crew. Their faith, trust and loyalty in a tough time couldn’t be measured and their passion, commitment and work ethic is what got the gym through. From the bottom of my heart and from plenty of our valued members I’d like to say Thankyou to the best team in Sydney for trusting in the process to getting through Covid. I’m proud to say we kept everyone in work throughout Covid and didn’t lose anyone. Thanks guys. I appreciate everyone of you!!
