24.01.2022 Each season through the Jac + Jack Artists program, we work with some of our favourite creatives to interpret elements of the collection in their own style. For 2020, photographer Marsha Golemac captures our new organic tee capsule. "The intention was to create a visual essay celebrating a classic wardrobe staple and to pay homage to the brands dedication to sustainability and responsible design. Using natural elements like water and plant life were perhaps an obvious choice. However, the focus was more so on composition and allowing natural light to take the lead. 05.01.2022 Inspired by the space race of the 1960s, the Mens Winter 20 collection is abstract in inspiration referencing the group of people who dedicated their lives to making a great leap for mankind. The dressing was classic but with a more modern twist and slim silhouette. I liked the pants a bit higher with tops tucked in. 01.01.2022 Jac + Jack | Liberty Prints. This season Jac worked with the Liberty Prints designers to rework a classic print into something new. Delving into their archives, we selected one of their characteristic intricate floral prints. Enlarging the detail to create more negative space, we refined the essence of the flower and applied our Winter 20 palette to create an unexpected colour combination. Printed on Jacs all time favourite Liberty cloth, Kensington Crepe silk, for an elegant drape + colour.
