R U OK Day takes a special place in my heart because if it wasn’t for my parents and friends asking me these 3 simple words I wouldn’t have spoken up about my depression and anxiety... It’s ok to say your not ok and that you need some help it may be hard to say at the start but at least give it a try... I’m still struggling with it myself but I know there are people around me who are willing to listen and to talk to when I am wanting to open up and t...alk.... Please don’t be afraid to speak up
