11.01.2022 Today is a Milky Day for us. Testing our milk and getting the thumbs up from the experts at Di Stefano Coffee. Absolutely loving the The Little Big Dairy Co. The ethos and values are amazing from this family owned, single source dairy farm in Dubbo, where the cows have names and are treated like family ... This really resonates with us and I’ve got super fond memories of visiting the local dairy farm as a boy, helping out and getting covered in the ‘you know what’ for some free milk straight from the tank . (The milk never made it home) Full cream 3.5% fat Less cream 2% fat.
