24.01.2022 Teachers are flogged to death, school students are achieving worse than ever... something has to change! The worst part is, for many kids who leave school after 12 years, the majority have no idea what path they want to take or how to succeed in the 'real world.' In my humble opinion, I don't know how much more proof we need that something needs to change. Moving forward, I want to see real-world skills embarrassed in schools (e.g financial literacy, money management, relatio...nship building etc) and that is something that I am working incredibly hard to achieve with something very special launching next year #business #education #alanjones #success

15.01.2022 AND THATS A RAP! 12 (actually 13 if you include prep) years of schooling done. Ever since I figured out what today meant, I have had a countdown on my phone, computer AND wall. Was it really all that bad? To an extent, certainly. But, my best advice would be to use school to find what you are truly passionate about. Nobody is passionate about sitting in a classroom or taking tests so it's all about overlooking that.... I will treasure the times I got detentions for writing test answers on my leg and for refusing to get off my computer because I was busy working on my website. No matter how bad the experience, it played a huge part in making me who I am today and for that, I am thankful. @ Schoolies

09.01.2022 This could not be more relevant in the current position so many aussie teens are in. If you have lost your job, I can tell you now you probably wont get it back for at least 6 months. So instead, find a plan B. Now is the best time to self educate, upskill in an area, start your own business, sell products online etc. Whatever it might be, now is the OPTIMAL time to do so. Start looking to the future, the light at the end of the tunnel and how you can come out of this mess more financially abundant. #bestrong #planb

09.01.2022 How do you know how to do this 'business thing'? Well, school certainly doesn't teach you the skills so for me, it was YouTube. Like many, I had $0 budget to self educate so I had to make do with what I have today. Most of us know it, YouTube is a fantastic resource not just for learning how to attach a painting but to learn how to create an online income.... Make do with what you have because at the end of the day, it's all you have got. You dont need a $100,000 degree to learn something you can learn online for free. You wont learn how to become a doctor (maybe you could!) but for any online income producing skill such as eCommerce, everything you need is available to you. DISCLAIMER- I dont agree with everything Alan Jones says but its my strong belief that its incredibly positive to have someone such as myself and others to defend the view point of my generation. We arent all lazy....

08.01.2022 Now this is a ripper! When it comes to starting anything, it always seems easy until you actual start... then the thoughts of quitting start to flood your mind. @garyvee has them, I have them and everyone has them. Its not if you have them, its how you deal with them that counts.

Location #1 was @familydoctorsplus of whom are a GP the front line defending against COVID-19. Location #2 was @brisbanebmw where I donated masks to @sunny_street_ of whom everyday, provide the homeless with essential medical care. ... 06.01.2022 2020 will be the year teenagers are left with $0 in income. COVID-19 isn't going away and unfortunately, neither are the bills of part-time, casual and contract workers. The Australian Government needs to be doing more. Giving money to elderly and low income earners is important (as they have already done), but there is no such thing as a full time job for a teenager trying to find their footing in the word - thats where part time, casual and contract work come in. They co...me with no income guarantee, no work guarantee, no insurance and no paid leave. For many teenagers there is no Plan B once their only income source is lost, thats it. If they lose their jobs and don't have parents who can support them (who have probably lost their jobs too), they lose everything. Its simply not good enough to hang an entire generation out to dry when without them, the country wouldnt function. The Australia government needs to be doing more to support in my eyes, the hidden vulnerable.

06.01.2022 In my opinion, for any government payment to youth - a extra amount NEEDS be directed to online education. NOW is the best time to ensure that out of all of this mayhem, the aussie youth emerge smarter, more intelligent and ready to take on the world. I must stress, money to cover basic expenses is so important right now (especially for those who have lost everything) but as a nation we must look forward. We must understand how we want to emerge and if that includes having ...an entire generation understanding how they can make an income for themselves - then an allowance towards online education is the answer. Its simple - we all just proved that traditional part time jobs are not the answer. This cant happen again. Comment if you agree

01.01.2022 All to often I hear people who try something for 3 months, give up then claim that something is broken?! As long as selling a product to a market is viable (it has been since the beginning of time) then dropshipping will remain.... the questions is, will you get involved yourself?
