16.01.2022 I don't know about you guys but I am so happy and energised by today's restriction easing announcements.....being able to possiblity be open a week earlier....being able to send my son to school after he's struggled so much without his mates at school.... I know your all feeling it. These days are not always easy, often hard, often tears and way too many wines....but I can see the light now and I hope all if you out there can too. Melbourne we are strong, we are powerful and we can cope with so much shit we can survive anything. I hope we can send out big kids back to school on the 19th and get back to work a week earlier than planned. I hope for a lot of things.....but I am hoping.....and I hope you are too.xxxx

16.01.2022 Well, there's been many a post on stretches for all you home desk workers out there. But here's one for the runners and walkers. For those who ran before iso and those who started due to health, bordom or 'Oh crap, I can't do up my jeans!' (Mmmmm.... that's me...) These stretches, before a run, walk or skipping outside with your energy filled toddler, will help ready your ankles for the job ahead, prevent injury and improve joint mobility. Stretching afterward will reduce post aches and pains, aid recovery and reduce stiffness. Don't forget to stretch out your calves, quads, glutes and hamstrings too! Trust me, your body will thank you for it!!

"We are not all in the same boat, we are in the same storm. Some are in yaghts, some are in tug boats, some are in rafts clinging on for dear life." 06.01.2022 So glad to have an earlier date to open! All bookings other than facials and facial waxing that requires your mask to be removed are available. All massage, lash and brow treatments, mani's, pedi's, body scrubs and waxing are available. Message me or call me if your unsure what you can or can't book in for. Lash special packages will be available. Until we can move forward with no restrictions on treatments, the massage and facial package won't be available I'll keep everyone posted if I am able to open earlier for remedial massage. Until then, yay! Just so happy to have an open date to look forward to!!

06.01.2022 Now more than ever, we are really struggling with our work/life balance. With homeschooling/no breaks added to the mix. It's ok to stop. Mental health days are so important and key to recharging you. You will be better equipped to deal with the stresses of our new "normal" life if you rest. A day of nothing may include netflix binges, no chores, eating too much, getting out of the house (for your 1hr...it all counts!), exercising, having a bath, scheduling a no interruptions time slot for you and the kids or what ever else you can think of. But make it something for you, that makes you feel like you've had a break from the mundane and recharges your batteries. You deserve this. We are no good to anyone if we cannot heal ourselves too.xx
