24.01.2022 What the spiral means to me. We see the image of the spiral throughout all of nature: inside sea shells, in the patterning of tree branches and even in the gro...wth rings of our own bones. I feel this pattern as a deep expression of connected embodiment in the balance between the three pillars of the nervous system: sympathetic, parasympathetic and enteric (abdominal brain), all speaking to each other in a triad of communication. It is felt as honesty in movement: moving outward is simultaneously balanced by moving inwards. It is embodied as inclusive awareness: awareness of oneself and awareness of the world. So when I describe "moving from the core", I am not only speaking of a physical movement, but also of an energetic, mental, emotional and spiritual patterning that is opening outward and connecting inwards at the same time.
