12.01.2022 It’s Monday! What does that mean? It means if you do your Monday right, you set yourself up for a SUCCESSFUL week ahead. A few things:... Schedule in your workout for the entire week so that you can keep yourself accountable & have a plan Do your food shopping so that you don’t get home starving & eat the kids school snacks or a bag of jelly beans out of desperation! Wash, dry & get your workout gear ready including your socks! Commit to the classes that you’ve booked in for! Lastly enough with the excuses! Remember that an excuse is a LIE wrapped in a ‘reason’ Common excuses : - I’m just too tired! (Exercising & putting the right food into your body will give you more energy than you can imagine) - I can’t join a gym it’s too expensive(Should we check your Uber Eats statement! ) - I simply can’t do more than 3 workouts a week (oh but you can scroll through social media for 3 hours a day! ) -It’s too far I can’t be bothered driving there after or before work! (ARE YOU KIDDING ME! You’re going to jeopardise bettering your health and fitness for a few extra kms! ) - I don’t have the motivation (Screw motivation! Motivation and feelings are fickle! Rely on discipline! Book in your classes and discipline yourself to make it to all of them! ) No nonsense this week guys it’s GAME ON! Let’s smash out some big goals this week!

03.01.2022 I did it! I kept to my New Year's resolution this year. Lost 15.2kg, from 88kgs to 72kgs with intermittent fasting. From sitting on the Couch to 5K running program. In the last eight weeks during lock down I super charged the weight loss by joining the Melbourne Bootcamps 8 week online boot camp. If you are in Melbourne and can attend be sure to look them up. I made some other changes in my life too like sleeping 8-9+ hours each night and not using devices before bed plus cutting out sugar from my diet.
