01.01.2022 My interview with BBC Sport for international dance day (and why I believe Irish dancing is a sport. My belief that Irish dancing is a sport stems from the offi...cial definition of a sport which is: An activity involving physical exertion and skill in which an individual or team competes against another or others for entertainment I love the dancing is a fine art but due to its physical exertion and its ongoing competitive structure it well and truly falls within the realms of a definition of a sport. I also believe that it is fully possible to be fine art, a great tradition and an incredible sport all in one. Thanks for watching xx
