23.01.2022 Has all this pandemic madness left you confused & a little lost? Perhaps you've been going around in circles in your mind asking.."What do I want now?"..."What's left?" Or "What should I do?". If you are then let me tell you, you're not alone. ... This situation has left so many people (including myself) confused and uncertain about what direction or choices to make regarding moving forward in the post-pandemic "normal". Unfortunately however, by focusing of what we want in a world that is SO very uncertain, what we can find is we struggle to find the answers, because frankly we are relying on the answers coming from "outside of ourselves" and not from "WITHIN"... What do I mean by that? Well so often everything we want in life that is outside of us, e.g. a new car, a new house, a new dress, a bar of chocolate, a date with our partner.. All of these things we WANT because they give us, OR we hope they'll give us, a particular FEELING we are looking for. Everything in life ultimately leads back to the feeling it creates in us. That feeling could be anything from happiness, certainty, security, freedom, alive, passionate, sexy, healthy, energetic, loving, sad, angry etc. I encourage you to shift your focus instead in all these mad times towards "What do I want to feel?". Close your eyes when you ask yourself this or atleast don't be too distracted. Pay attention..what comes up? What are the feelings you need to feel? Then with this information pay attention to how else you could create these feelings. These feelings you want to feel - "how else could you create your future so you can fulfill these feeling?" Every feeling you want to experience, can 100% be fulfilled by taking numerous "different" actions towards them. Ones that you may never had considered!! Pay attention to what feelings you WANT to feel & then ask yourself "How can I achieve these feelings OR What else can I do so I can feel these feelings?.. From here new inspiration towards the future and your situation will begin to flow.. J xx

08.01.2022 Shout out to all the women out there today that get up every day to make lunches, get their kids to school in one piece (mostly), go to work, run a home, run a business, go to school themselves, study, try their best to maintain their physical & mental health & happiness, push through competing demands, responsibilities, overwhelm, tears, frustration, uncertainty & most of all just try their damn hardest to balance everything around them all whilst their heart & soul whisp...ers internally..."Is this all there is?...."I feel like I've got so much more to give & offer this world"... - can you relate? To you I send you my greatest love & energy today because you are still showing up, pushing through and doing your darn best, and that's all you need to do & should ever expect of yourself. Remember: You are worth the effort. You are worth the challenges. You are worth the time. You are worth believing in. As women we have to be our own cheering squad even if the world ain't cheering for us at the same time! Have a great start to your week & remember you're worth it! J xx

03.01.2022 How are you feeling right now? Are you good? Are you angry? Are you frustrated? Are you chilled?... Are you confused? Are you anxious? Are you pissed off? Do you not even know how you feel? Whatever you're feeling right now make it OKAY. We live in a world that is manufactured to make us believe having feelings is a bad thing or sign of weakness or not the preferred "positive" mindset. You know, the little girl or boy told to "get over it" perhaps? I used to think this. "What's wrong with me that I feel this way?" The thing is, there was never anything wrong with me. Feelings come from a place we need to express. They don't have to "mean" anything but they do need to be expressed in some form. For some people that's writing, some people it's sport, for some it's talking, for some it's dancing.... It doesn't matter how you feel your way through them. What's important is that you do. FEEL YOUR WAY THROUGH THEM. Once you have felt through them you can then LET THEM GO. A lot of people, if listening to someone expressing their feelings, don't understand this. They try and "solve" the person's feelings by giving them "logical advise". This is never helpful. Feelings are there as helpful information to you & you alone. They help you move forward however they need to, just for you. Feelings are designed to be felt and then released, such that they do not get stored as unwanted energy in the body. They were never designed to hold onto & let fester. Whatever you need to feel your feelings and let them go today you do just that. FEELING FEELINGS IS OKAY!! With love. Jade xx
