25.01.2022 Today we would just like to make a post to let all of our beautiful clients know we are missing you, very much. With the WA govt doing such a fantastic job we hope that soon we will be confident to open the salon without any lapses in the virus spread that will cause us to close again. We want to be very sure that we are keeping both you and our staff as safe as possible, and help stop the spread as much as we can.... We hope you are all staying well and safe, both mentally and physically during these unprecedented times. We can’t wait to be back on the salon floor. For now we are taking up new hobbies, watching the tiger king, and smothering our pets with a ridiculous amount of love! 23.01.2022 We are very excited to announce that as of Monday 18th of May we will be reopening the salon!! After what seems like forever to us all, the team at Jade Hair Studio have all agreed we’re feeling comfortable and confident enough to start work again without putting risk to our clients or families. 23.01.2022 UPDATE: Sophia has been found, a bit skinny and tired after a very far journey, but is now home safe with her mum and dad Good morning everyone Today we’re posting because one of our much loved clients has lost her beautiful fur baby.... Sophia is very loved and very missed, it’s unusual for her to run away. Please keep an eye out if you’re in the area, check your garages, sheds and yards to make sure she’s not hiding under your nose. She is very cautious of strangers so be careful not to scare her if you to happen to find her. It’s much too cold for her to be out by herself, please contact Linda and/or Doug ASAP if you see their little floof, she is microchipped

22.01.2022 Full head of highlights and lowlights and soft graduation bob done by Tahlia Sherryl previously had half a head of hi-lift foils sitting at a very warm 7-8 level and a natural level of 7 in between, using #kolestonperfect and #blondorwella I was able to create a more seamless blend of all the different shades of blonde she now has, no toning necessary!

20.01.2022 I DID SOMETHING WILD TODAY! This beautiful client is a vet nurse who has recently started working more with owners who are struggling with the fact their fur babies have crossed the RAINBOW BRIDGE. This hair is a tribute to her new work and also a birthday present to herself. Thank you for sharing your story with me Tracey, and listening to mine. It was lovely to connect with someone who also lost their fur baby at the start of the year. 18.01.2022 And that’s a wrap! What a year 2020 has been. We will be closing up over the holidays to take a well needed break! Thank you to all our beautiful clients for taking this crazy journey with us this year, and for absolutely spoiling us rotten during your Christmas appointments, we’re so grateful for each and every one of you.... We will be back open January 5th, we hope you have a beautiful Christmas. We will be enjoying the sun, celebrating our lovely Narelle’s birthday in Fremantle and then welcoming the new year with open arms during our time off. We will see you very soon

16.01.2022 ISO HAIR! During isolation Sophie and her mum used some ‘box dye’ to colour her hair, twice. One for a blonde colour, and then a dark one on the roots when that blonde came out less than desirable. This was the result after one session of foils cleaning out that harsh line and giving Sophie a much fresher blonde look, she has such beautiful hair to work with ... Box dye can be extremely hard to shift and is so unhealthy for your hair. Sophie has since come in for a few extra foils just through the top section of her hair to remove any left over banding residue from the box dye. We have seen many different clients come through with their own iso hair! We’re happy to hear what kind of hair adventures you went on while we were closed but we’re even more happy to help you fix them! Hair by: Naomi

11.01.2022 After only 3 lightening sessions with Tahlia, Jade has gone from a near black permanent colour to this beautiful multidimensional ice blonde! Today’s appointment consisted of foils, custom toning and a smooth blowdry! Tahlia is now in her 3rd year of training and looking to build up her clients on the floor, she has a very attractive apprentice discount to give so message us or pop into the salon and get a quote!!

10.01.2022 To all our lovely clients, Given the situation with COVID-19 we would appreciate anyone who has travelled or been exposed to someone who has travelled within 14 days to please stay away, even if you’re not presenting any flu like symptoms. If you are experiencing symptoms then please stay away. Should you come in with any illness, the staff are at liberty to reschedule your appointment. It is our utmost priority to protect our staff, our clients and their families during this... time. We have many clients who could be severely affected by this virus and we are not taking any risks when it comes to their health, or our own. It is a running joke in the hairdressing industry the amount of clients who will come see us if they’re off sick from work. It is more than a joke, it is our reality, but it is also very inconsiderate and unfair to us. We understand getting your hair done makes you feel better but please think about the risk you put your hairdresser in when you pay us a visit while you’re unwell. Regular cleaning and disinfecting is taking place, along with us washing our hands many times throughout the days. We ask you show the same respect so we can all get through this crazy time together. There will be signs up with this same message, until we receive further news from the government business will be going ahead as normal. We believe this is the right decision for our staff, families and clients to keep everyone safe and healthy. 03.01.2022 And so the time we’ve all known is coming, but been hoping wouldn’t - is here We are manifesting that this lockdown stays at 5 days, and does not need to be extended. I would like to let everyone know that as of 6pm tonight we are required to close for the next week, if you haven’t already heard. Tomorrow I aim to contact everyone who has an appointment with us, please be patient as we are very booked next week and I will be working through a chronological order.... At this time I won’t be rescheduling your appointment, as I will only have limited access to the booking system remotely, but I will have a complete list to contact you all for new days and times at the back end of this week. I’d like to take the opportunity to remind everyone to look after themselves mentally, as well as physically. I have found some handy pictures that I hope can help if you’re feeling a wave of anxiety from recent events - please share them with your loved ones. I also ask that you check on your neighbours, especially if you have elderly neighbours who don’t spend their time on social media, or watching the TV, make sure they’re aware of what’s happening and fill them in on what our Premier has been posting the past 6 hours, make sure they’re okay and have what they need. If you are one of our many clients who are essential workers, we thank you, for keeping our city from going under, you are more valuable than you know and not a single person would be able to do this without you.
