23.01.2022 If you want to get 2021 started on the right foot I highly recommend a Hayley Macdonald workshop to get you centred, relaxed and focussed. Hayley studied yoga through the same studio as I did My Health Yoga. She is a beautiful soul, Mum, partner & daughter. A few years ago she was my work colleague and I am now blessed to call my friend!
