25.01.2022 The XK140 roadster is in with RM Classics for the final body finishing and to get the Australian made aluminum hardtop originally made in the late 1950's all fitted up. The person who made the hardtop was the Cliff Byfield of NSW and made the hardtop fitted to D type XKD526 and the fastback conversion on the XK140 DHC amongst many other race cars. Then this one will be all done for the time being

14.01.2022 I first saw this XK120 660236 in Sydney back in about 1978. It later turned up at a National Jaguar Rally here in Perth in 1998 sporting this wonderful brake and number plate light fitting in the shape of a Jaguar head. I liked it! Just recently the entire number plate plinth and Jaguar head turned up on EBAY for sale out of a workshop on the Gold Coast. Needless to say it is now is in my workshop and will go on my new xK120 660765/660949
