16.01.2022 Today my social anxiety was at an all time high. Yes I get anxiety too! I struggled to talk to those close in my life let alone anyone else. I shooed away at the start of the day but when it came time to show up I didn’t come up with excuses, I simply showed up! Sometimes that’s all you have to do for the day to have a win. JUST SHOW UP. Do I want to be talking to people? No not particularly but it’s not as bad as I had it in my head. This goes for the gym too girls! Little... anxious about going sometimes? I get it! Find yourself a workout buddy or if that’s not enough send me a DM and perhaps even consider a trainer. Just like a workout buddy but better 2021 is out there for the takings girls!
