12.01.2022 Before you do anything else today, don't forget to refresh your birdbaths and water dishes. Tip out old water, give them a scrub (it's a good ide...a to keep a scrubbing brush just for this purpose) and refill with clean water. Add a few sticks and rocks to dishes so if anything small falls in, it can climb out. If possible, keep them topped up throughout the day and into the evening when the nocturnal wildlife will be out looking for clean water. If you haven't already, consider making a bee/insect drinking station like this one seen in an Upwey participant's garden yesterday. Fill a saucer with marbles, glass stones, pebbles or garden stones, add water and place in the shade. This will give bees, butterflies and other insects a safe place to land and drink without the risk of falling in and drowning. Water for Wildlife #waterforwildlife
