For those that don't know, AHI is the charity in the background for Jambo Sana so it was great to see what the AHI team have been doing this week. . But in a storm, rain comes in sideways through the unglazed windows and spoils their work. We are fundraising for glass to be fitted in all 8 rooms. Our goal... $1,600. It was wonderful to see old friends and to meet new ones who had never been to Jambo Sana.... Worth it all just to see the joy on the kiddies faces as they received their free ice cream. Again...thank you so much to everyone involved in any way big or small. PS. If anyone took some photos of the event, we would love to see them as we were so busy that we didn't get any.

07.01.2022 Glass at last! Thanks to Elaine Henn and the HOPE fundraising team 'Taking Action-Giving Hope'. The Christmas Raffle raised exactly enough to fit out every window and door with glass at our Kabuga HOPE Vocational Secondary School in Western Uganda.
