19.01.2022 What a crazy year 2020 has been for everyone! For those of us who live in Western Australia, I am sure you can agree when I say we are so lucky to live in this beautiful part of the world. Even more so now, when you see what is happening in other countries right now, especially my home country England. The property market this year, surprisingly has been stronger than recent years, we have experienced the lowest vacancy rate in the rental market in Perth for over 10 years! ...Rents have increased significantly and we expect this to continue going into 2021. We must not forget, that we too have had our own issues with the pandemic earlier in the year, with home opens unable to go ahead plus the COVID-19 rent law which was introduced. This is currently due to expire on the 28th March 2021. Thankfully with the great work of everyone in Western Australia and Mark McGowan we have very much returned to normal live and lets hope this continues. Wishing everyone a happy and safe New Year and hopefully 2021 will be a better year for everyone around the world! Lastly I would just like to thank all of my amazing owners who put their trust in me and the Professionals to manage their investment properties along with the amazing team I work with every day! I am back in the office on 4th January 2021, refreshed and ready to help with your Real Estate needs!
