07.01.2022 As the year draws to a close so does my 20th year in the industry. This week my team and I have had an outstandingweek with 4 outstanding sales successfully sold 4 properties but more importantly each typifiesthe way I have conducted my business and that real estate is all about relationships and trust. Sale 1 - connecting with buyers in 2017, guiding them through options on the market with every agency and actually selling them a home, establishing a long term relationsh...ips, then selling that home they purchased from me at auction on Saturday.
