20.01.2022 It's time for the yearly JamGrass Party! But before we get going....here's a few things you should know. #jamgrass2015 1. The Morrisons are down from Sydney to Launch 'Wild Eleanor' at The Spotted Mallard as part of the Festival Launch Party along with The Scrimshaw Four, Little Rabbit, Astro Cobalt, The Weeping Willows and The Ramblin Roses tonight! Don't miss out! 2. The #86 Tram (think Smith St, Clifton Hill, High Street) takes you right to the gate of Bundoora Park and... there are 4 trams leaving Bundoora after the music stops. No cabs, no cars needed. (see park maps on facebook event page) 3. Things to bring to Bundoora Park: Chairs, blankets, hat, hula hoop, snacks, cash, re-usable water bottle, ID, sunscreen, sunnies and something to keep you warmer at night. 4. A word about chairs and blankets..... bring them, spread them out, share them, offer them to someone who needs one, don't put them on prime dancing ground, use what you have to make some new friends. It will be awesome! 5. Bring your cashola! There's no ATM on site but there's 2 just a walk from the front gate. 6. We have some tasty treats lined up for you including: Cajun Kitchen, Richie's Fresh Salsa (mexican), The Orange Lady, Half Pint Vegan Dairy and Pookie May Coffee 7. Bootleggers Bar: The best place to quench your thirst with Coopers beverages, Cider, mixed drinks, wine and Ole Smoky Moonshine. 8. JamGrass is a party but it's also family friendly. Bring your kids, no sitter needed. (but for safety, please keep them under control) 9. It gets dark at night, Bundoora Park is large park that is usually closed after sunset. There is limited lighting. Bring a torch and walk carefully when you leave. 10. Ping Pong in the Pines. 'nough said! 11. There are a range of heritage displays around the festival site. Have a look, take a photo, but please don't cross any fences. 12. We have some great live and interactive artists throughout the festival site. Have a wander. 13. All the bands are amazing. Discover someone new. Get there early, stay late! 14. Tix will be available at the gate unless sold out. Advance tickets saves you money and time at the gate. www.ticketebo.com.au/jamgrass Ready.... Set..... Go!

15.01.2022 Whoa! That was fun! A huge thanks to everyone who came out to The Spotted Mallard launch party and the gorgeous Bundoora Park for our very first outdoor JamGrass. What a good-time, good vibe, smiling crowd you were! Friday was such a party and then the skies cleared just in time for an incredible sunny afternoon and a rockin' night time party. If you've got photos, we'd love to see them. #jamgrass2015. Now that some of the dust has settled, there's a tonne of people to th...ank. Firstly, how about the bands? Absolutely brilliant from start to finish! Our production team worked non-stop for days getting things setup, sounding and looking great, and then packing it all up. Joe Ferguson, Jason McGann, Benn Sargood and Duncan Stephen. Incredible job! Our management team has been working for months to pull this off. Phoebe Preuss (Event Manager), Anita Sharma (accounts and ticketing), Alice Brush (Volunteer Coordinator), Jessie Davidson (Bar Manager), Bruce Nowak (Logistics, decor and all around handyman), Jack Riley (Site Manager), Liv Moedt (Artist Liaison), Kym Poole (Vendors Village), Louise Castle (Stage Manager), Aarti Desai (Merch Manager), Miriam Arbus (Art Curation), Monica Nowak (Green Room), and Anna Young (PR). Couldn’t ask for a better team! Special thanks goes out to Mr Alford for his incredible artwork and poster design. Check out his RnR shop online. Sarah Keeling, Genna Farrell (maps) and Jeanette Shapa for painting, painting and more painting. Doug Widner, Glen Reiss, Steve Martin, Luci Shepard, Nick Williams, Allison Brown, Geoff Greening, Alexandra Hilvert, Aldo Besmer for site setup, pack down and everything in between. Damon Smith for his spectacular mirror ball chandelier and Barb Agar for running Hotel Barb all weekend. Sally Haebich and Tim Cadusch at Bundoora Park. Vikki Woods and Sarah Catchlove at Darebin City Council. George and Cassie at The Spotted Mallard. Tom and Lucas at Worth A Shot. Our festival partners PBS 106.7FM Melbourne, Beat Magazine, Coopers and Ole Smoky Moonshine Distillery. All the food vendors and artists. Hope everyone tried and checked out all of them!
