The RAW AND unquestionably version of YOU. 5 Min prior to this photo in the Gold Coast I had ran from Melbourne enroute to the Sunshine Coast 2000km @ 80km a day for 17 days for Dementia Australia. This was the morning of Day 15, I walked into the lobby of a Goldie Hotel to find the Campbell family waiting for me with a surprise catch up. I bawled, like a child. Because life on life's terms, and running, on running’s terms is such a front loaded chore. It is the essence of endurance, the capacity to last, to withstand wear and tear. AND a perfect example of wear, tea...r and how the human body can keep on going even when it’s extremely fatigued was displayed by these two incredible humans on the weekend! 14.01.2022 { STRENGTH IN VULNERABILITY } Men’s Mental Health is something that has come up a lot in conversation in the past couple weeks. We are reaching the pointy end of the year and many of us are starting to feel the pressures of daily life, (both men and women) BUT in this particular post I wanted to share some tips for the fellas who may be struggling a little bit. If you can relate, you’ve been feeling like you may be juggling too many balls in the air or you feel you have too ...many demands and you don’t have enough resources, I have come up with a '4 S's' strategy. To get yourself out of a burnt out, agitated, stressed out state, you can inject these 4 S’s (Self Care, Space, Support and Systemise )strategies into your life. . SELF CARE: Getting out amongst nature, walking in the forest, going for a massage, going for a surf, catching up with good mates, meditation . SPACE: Give yourself some time out, get rid of the white noise and being constantly contactable. Manage your phone usage and your time and interaction with other human beings. If you are in a service based industry make sure you give time back to yourself. . SUPPORT: Figure out who your important people are, the truly important people. When everything goes real F$&ken south, who are the people you know you can talk to? Who will show up? if you can’t list anyone to reach out to, consider support services like Beyond Blue, The black Dog institute, there ARE people there who can help. As men, we can find it difficult to admit when we are doing tough - I urge you, drop the ego for 5mins and reach out and have a chat with someone. . SYSTEMISE: 60% of what you did today is the same as what you did yesterday. Figure out some ways to positively create some more free time for the above 3 S’s. Prioritising what is truly important and impactful on helping you to function and work through more challenging times. . When you are going through tough times it can feel like you are alone or that you are the only one going through what you are going through - It takes one moment of courage, just to reach out - just once, and the outcome to your daily life can improve immensely. Start the conversation today, think about the steps you can take for yourself to put some quality back into your life.

11.01.2022 This is out of both or our comfort zones (especially the challenge). I've been going to gyms for awhile now but JMT is completely different to any other. 10.01.2022 { JMT Mind GYM Client / Friend Testimonial } To the man that took time out of his life to help mine! To the man that believed in me! To the man that guided me!... To the man who has changed my life forever! Jamie, I honestly can’t thank you enough! It took me quite sometime to convince myself that hypnosis would work.. the rolling thoughts of how can someone hypnotise me and within hours I become a non smoker? I’ve given up lots in the past, I know I can do it so why would I go through this..? . Well..I now know why! Jamie didn’t make me feel like a dirty smoker. Instead, helped me see reason to quit.
