23.01.2022 With remote life as the new norm for a pretty big chunk of 2020, it’s been an interesting experience keeping life balanced and staying productive! Here’s a throwback to some of the more social days having brunch at Mad Snake cafe this time last year. Behind the scenes at JAND Fitness we always did a monthly brunch on the first Sunday of the month. ... While all of our members have celebrated making exercise a routine again, they've also mastered new movements like full-depth squats, tibialis anterior toe pulls, 2-min free-standing static squats on the balls of their feet, and one even lowered her golf handicap! 20.01.2022 The spookiest time of the year is here! And these Pumpkin Pie Cereal makes the perfect halloween-inspired snack. It’s not only super healthy but this comes together in just minutes! Easy-peasy! PUMPKIN PIE CEREAL Ingredients... 1 tablespoon organic, cold-pressed coconut oil 2 tablespoons raw pepitas (pumpkin seeds) 14 cup dissected coconut 1 teaspoon pumpkin puree 12 cup dates, chopped 1 teaspoon almond butter 14 cup pecans, chopped 1 pinch pumpkin pie spice 1 tablespoon honey 3 tablespoons coconut flour Directions 1) Preheat oven to 180C. Grease a pan with coconut oil. 2) Mix ingredients in a bowl until blended well. Evenly press mixture into a greased pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until browned. Kristy has been training with us since late 2018 and she attends every class we offer. Her favourites are HIT, boxing and any leg strength workout that leaves her legs burning.
