15.01.2022 Hi everyone! With the recent COVID announcements regarding changes/stages and restrictions there has been some confusion and uncertainty. Following the directives of our local governing contact, it has been confirmed we are able to complete work in properties amongst stage 3 whilst remaining gloved, masked and maintaining a 1.5 meter distance. ... In saying this we have made the decision for us professionally and personally that we will only be completing limited work locally, whilst adhering to the strict COVID protocol. We appreciate the fact that some people may not wish to proceed with their booking until such time that we are all back to some sort of ‘normality’ and we completely accept and respect that decision, as it’s important that everyone feels comfortable and safe. There may also be others who might not understand our decision due to the rulings however, we feel this is best for us in this moment during the pandemic. It also allows us the opportunity to have some R&R at home to be ready for the other side of COVID to move forward with our scheduling head on! Contact will be made with those booked in that the above affects. We will still be answering enquiries during this time relating to our services and bookings. Any incoming bookings not locally or within the work we are completing will be placed on our waiting lists and need to wait at this stage a minimum 6 weeks (also depending on further government rulings and availability), keeping in mind it could possibly be longer! We thank you all for your understanding and support during these uncertain times and we look forward to assisting you on the other side of all this with our J & M shine for your cooking appliances and home detailing needs!
