08.01.2022 I've just heard this episode of J.Brown's Yoga Talks and I'm so inspired by Michelle Johnson. She shares many important perspectives and I'm already ordering her book so I can learn more. Michelle's comments about the breath really hit me, such a powerful perspective.

Timothy uses the phrase ‘Holistic Reductionism’ to describe the tendency of those in the Yoga world to reduce the extraordinary integrative system of Yoga to questions like ‘What yoga pose is good for... (insert condition)’. Yoga is not allopathic medicine. Take a listen to the podcast to hear more from Timothy.

02.01.2022 I had such a wonderful day today co-teaching with my friend Gina Macauley from YogaHara, at the beautiful Atisha Buddhist Centre Bendigo. We had a wonderful group to share the day with in this beautiful environment, and we even made nature mandalas together!
