22.01.2022 On this day one year ago I underwent a cranial resection operation which removed 50% of an astrocytoma Grade 3 which was growing in my brain. The tumour was dee...med aggressive and I was told that the tumour would grow rapidly. I was recommended to see an oncologist and to start radiation and chemotherapy. Rather than seeing an oncologist I started seeing a herbalist, energy healers and alternative therapists. As a result of me embracing my new life direction, the tumour has not grown at all, and I am happy and healthy. The message I want to get out to people is that when/if you are confronted with a medical decision just take a B.R.E.A.T.H. BELIEVE that your diagnosis is the beginning of another great life journey. There will be low points, but there will be much positivity if you allow yourself to see it. REMEMBER your strengths. Never take on a victim mentality as all negative thought patterns are poisonous to the soul. EVIDENCE; gather information. Do not venture down any pathway without research. A prognosis is just a guess, i.e. a hypothesis based upon limited research. Get as many second opinions as makes you feel comfortable. ALWAYS maintain control of your health journey, and surround yourself with people who believe in your capabilities. TREAT anybody who infers that one solution suits all with the utmost caution. This is a lie, and could not be further from the truth. HEAL yourself. No matter the direction that your health journey takes, YOU must accept responsibility for your health in a holistic fashion; mind, spirit, diet and lifestyle. --For if you always do what you have always done, youll always get what you have always gotten.--

11.01.2022 Myself and Cate were privileged to be asked to teach creativity and art to a group of visiting Chinese who have specifically come on a cultural tour. We spent two half-days together and Wow! they were very creative.
