14.01.2022 Mt Eliza Renovation Progress. Frame complete, Rough in all done, thanks to @lashford_plumbing @melbourneecs @ienergi_australia ready for plaster. Clients have chosen a PVC style window with colonial bars, these units look fantastic and will contribute a great energy rating. Will have more updates soon.

10.01.2022 Been a busy few weeks with more updates to follow. Fix done and Abre engineered timber floors down. Tiles are being laid and it’s looking great thanks to @tilex_np keep an eye out for more updates as we are getting close to hand over.

09.01.2022 All plastered. Waterproofing done by @tilex_np and floors sanded ready for fix out, timber floors and tiles. This make over is coming together. Stay posted for next updates!
