Learn about the jarrah forest’s fascinating nocturnal wildlife as we take a walk around the bush trails of Dwellingup’s Forest Discovery Centre and Jarrah Forest Lodge. Search for the animals creating the curious hoots, croaks, rustlings and eye-shines observed in the bush after sunset.... A special spotlight will be operated by your guide Sarah. A small number of torches will be available on the night to help you see along the trails. You are welcome to bring your own small torch if you have one (no spotlights, please). Best suited for children 6 years and above. Please arrive at 6.20pm and meet inside the Forest Discovery Centre for a 6.30pm departure. There will also be Machinery Displays from the Machinery Preservation Club of WA, Northern Districts Model Engineering Society with Traction Engines and the Hugh Manning Tractor Museum.
