18.01.2022 There is no random, no lucky and no chance. Cause and effect is the natural law that governs everything. There is no rich, poor, fat, skinny just by chance... you are a direct result today of the things you did 12 months ago on a daily basis. Just like you will be 12 months into the future by what you’re doing DAILY right now. Simply being aware of that is more than enough motivation to change. But don’t be surprised by the results you or other get. ... Don’t try and pull down those that are achieving because you can face the reality that you are the reason you are where you are. The unquenchable thirst for independence and success is what gets me up at 5am to push further than yesterday, and work until 9 or 10pm to lay my head on the pillow and think about what needs to be done tomorrow. ... 12.01.2022 As humans we have a number of basic human needs - of which, many of our daily behaviors are attributed to which of the needs are - or are not - being met. CERTAINTY (assurance you can avoid pain and gain pleasure) is one that is high on many peoples list. If so much of our thinking and actions are based around how we can avoid what is painful to us and go in a direction that will gain us pleasure... why is it that we CHOOSE to continue to do the same things day in and day ou...t and live in that same pit of frustration and fear? We hear sayings every day that preach if you want to change your circumstances, you have to change your approach.... but still we do nothing. Is it that we have no certainty that a change will take us where we want to go? Yes. It’s scary but it’s how these things work. Well the path to certainty - and pleasure - starts with one leap of faith that looks so terrifying, but once you’re in you ask yourself what was I so worried about?.

This becomes incredibly expensive as you can imagine. ...
