25.01.2022 Today, I went to a seminar about MyoPro devices. Two of my patients were lucky enough to trial the device. The device enhanced the movement that these patients gained from nerve transfer surgery. I can see potential to improve muscle strength through increased functional use with a device like this. https://myomo.com/

23.01.2022 Pacing is such an important part of any recovery. It is a way of life for people with chronic pain. A positive way of managing your life and helping you achieving what is important to you. http://theseatedview.com//how-to-pace-yourself-with-chroni

22.01.2022 It is great to see this in the media. Well done to this fabulous Melbourne team. In Perth, Orthopaedic Surgeon Alex O’Beirne and I expanded the nerve transfer work we have been doing for many year to include patients with spinal cord injuries (quadriplegia) a couple of years ago. Likewise, we have never looked back. These certainly are life changing surgeries. https://www.facebook.com/1669623313301323/posts/2316381805292134?s=718995302&v=e&sfns=mo

16.01.2022 Happy New Year! I hope it is all you wish it to be.

16.01.2022 Seeing my clients gain movement and strength after nerve transfers is so rewarding. It’s hard work and Adrian is only half way through that journey but as he says ‘it’s so worth it’. Check out this video! #quadraplegia #nervetransfer https://youtu.be/40uXwWQsehc

14.01.2022 Dr Jordan Nguyen is an Aussie biomedical engineer whose mind and eye controlled inventions are revolutionising the lives of people with disabilities. But it's his virtual reality program that allows people to connect with loved ones after they die that's truly mind blowing.

14.01.2022 A new movie from the Clinical Trial Alex and I are working on. Adrian is an inspiring patient. https://m.youtube.com/watch?feature=youtu.be&v=-ILMRhP-Awg

13.01.2022 Trying my best to keep us both safe for those who Telehealth is not an option. One patient, no cross over in waiting room.

12.01.2022 I see many patients with serious long term injuries. This may mean 1-5 years of rehab and for some lifelong therapy. It's really important to celebrate/acknowledge small gains, all part of the bigger goal.

12.01.2022 The Australian page 7. About the study Mr Alex O’Beirne (Orthopaedic Surgeon) and I have been working on. My interview didn’t make the cut! Back to my day job. Well done Adrian, lovely family photo.

10.01.2022 Extra precautions are in place and option of Telehealth/FaceTime consultation available on request. As all my existing patients are aware, all consultations are in a private room. Stay well

05.01.2022 As an essential medical service, my clinic remains open with extra precautions added daily and offering the option of Telehealth to all.
