07.01.2022 A few things about me!! *Am very new to posting anything about myself on social media-with the start of my new ventures I’m feeling brave and here goes! I know there’s a filter but baby steps!! *I’ve been a hairdresser since I was 16. It’s been such a great career being able to travel and meet fantastic people! Some of my favourite friends are old clients *I’ve always loved sparkly, shiny and glittery clothes... I often wonder if I was a magpie in a past life *Karaoke is ...my stress relief! Turning your karaoke room into your own private club to sing and dance the night away-Heaven!! *This winter my obsession has been my fire pit. It’s so relaxing and a great way to connect with friends and family. Hearing the kids telling ghost stories so they get so scared they have to go inside! Also perfecting the s’mores... getting the right marshmallow and biscuit is crucial!! With the new addition of karaoke microphones-sorry neighbours!! Luckily we time it when other parties are on *we always play the same finale song at Karaoke- Boyz 11 Men- the end of the road... I love discovering people’s karaoke songs... it really give some insight into who they are!!! *I’ve obsessively collected magazines since I was 16. I could probably buy a house with the money I’ve spent on them over the years. I once changed accountants as they said I couldn’t claim them all! It’s led me to my other new passion/venture @kollage_collage I’ve been working on family collages which I’ll unveil soon! *This summer I’m learning to surf properly! I’ve had a few lessons but never stood up. My daughters surf and I want to catch waves with them. They inspire me daily and the beach is my happy place. So as you can see with my new braid party venture I’ve decided to combine some of my favourite things!!! It’s a lot of fun!!! 07.01.2022 Environmentally friendly glitter! Every bit helps with being kind to our planet- by using eco glitter means our sparkle isn’t damaging our land!! Some locally made eco friendly glitters I’ve been sampling are @glitterhaven @projectglitterau and @glittergirl.au which was created by a 10 year old girl!! A tip I share is to give your hair before washing a good brush to break up the products in your hair over some newspaper so it can be tipped into the bin. Every little bit hel...ps!!
