13.01.2022 Hi all Tupperware lovers out there, This has just been posted on the Tupperware Australia page, so I thought I would share here too. Thank you so much, for continuing to support my business ... IMPORTANT CUSTOMER ANNOUNCEMENT Thank you for continuing to order Tupperware products and for your ongoing loyalty and support of our independent business owners. We know some of you are disappointed with the current delays, so are we. Please understand that since March, we have needed to adapt and adjust our operations significantly and have taken many extra steps to ensure our warehouse staff are safe and in doing so, this slows down processes from order to delivery. Following the Victorian Premier’s announcement last week introducing Stage 4 industry restrictions, we have reinforced our Covid-19 Safe Framework at our Melbourne-based distribution centre. As mandated by the Victorian Government: - We have reduced our workforce by one third - We are conducting health screening surveys and temperature checks every single day - Enforcing deep cleaning and disinfecting of all work areas/equipment and our staff have been provided with the highest quality personal protection equipment (PPE). These necessary safety steps may cause further delays to your delivery. We do ask for your patience at this time. Please understand it is very important to us to protect our staff and customers from potential infection. Despite the inconvenience to our working life, we are extremely happy to be able to keep our doors open. Our staff can maintain paid work, our independent consultants can continue to provide for their families and we can still fulfil orders for our customers. We support the economies of every country we operate in. This means we source product from around the world. Like Australia, many countries have experienced a lockdown in some countries, this continues causing further potential delays. To respond to this, we are all working tirelessly to quickly and safely despatch your orders.
