19.01.2022 Illawong Open plan living in Illawong. We get lots of people that contact us for open plan living and we love taking these jobs on. This one had load bearing walls and some termite damage to floor lvl so we replaced the floor and removed the wall and what a difference it made.... We worked together with ORT CONSTRUCTIONS on this job and what difference it made opening all the walls up.

19.01.2022 Mt Annan deck- Jax & co constructions was given the job breath some life into this old run down pine deck on a second story. This decking is by far one of my favourite materials to use 135x19 blue gum decking with stainless steel screws. The black frame really compliments the decking. Stay tuned over the next couple week. 10.01.2022 SYDNEY MAKESAFE SERVICES- What a week at Jax & co constructions. With the recent devastating storms in Sydney we have attended over 60 makesafes this week all hours day and night. We couldn’t be prouder of the team for the work, dedication and hours put it this week to help customers all over Sydney. We have teamed up with some amazing new insurance company’s this week including @cbs.completebuildingsolutions and been able to give the customer some temporary relief until the insurance companies can rectify these issues. 09.01.2022 Welcoming the newest member to Jax & co constructions, named luna the sausage dog (from the kids of course haha) safe to say after daddy not seeing the kids for the last week & half with 24hr work. The kids have well and truly forgotten.

04.01.2022 What a massive week at Jax & co constructions. We managed to get it all done again. We finished our deck in mt Anna 100sqm demo and lay in 1 day. Had over 100 bolts to drill and chemset for our large warehouse job in kemp’s creek so they can start standing office columns, and have already completed 2 warehouse there of 500 cube concrete pads & bolts for steel to stand on. And of course still got the makesafes all week. And the repair jobs for the recent storms and coming through thick and fast. It has been massive week but we wouldn’t have it any other way. Stay tuned for our next out door transformation coming in the next week. We can’t wait to show the finished product of our pergola we start next week. 03.01.2022 North Sydney This job was massive. We did all the compressed fibro for this old warehouse in north Sydney that was getting converted to two levels of offices. We also did all the framing for bathrooms on both levels, converted the top of the building to a balcony with amazing harbour views. ...
