22.01.2022 Dear 2020 Debutantes, Partners and families, It is with heavy hearts and a lot of deliberation that we have made the decision to postpone our balls until early 2021. Although a hard decision to make we feel it is the right one to ensure that we keep our community healthy and safe at this unprecedented time. You should have all received an email detailing this decision and the next steps, however if it has still not come through within the hour I ask that you please send a me...ssage via Facebook with your email address so I can forward it on to you. 16.01.2022 Our 2019 Deb Season has come to an end and we have some special people to thank for its success. On behalf of the committee, I would like to thank all of our Jayde Calisthenic Club members for giving us their time throughout this busy period. A particular thank you to our Group Managers, Michelle, Louise, Natalie, Sally, Vanessa, Rebecca, we really couldn’t do it without your time and support. To Mad Cow, Ferrari Formal Wear, Photo Design, SLC & Ballarat District Trotting C...lub- your professionalism and expertise is appreciated immensely. Our Deb Balls could not happen without our amazing dance instructors, Frank Cummins, Jess Ure and Missy Reiling. Thanks for another fantastic year. 13.01.2022 Hi everyone! The committee is working hard to finalise the March and May dates for 2021 regarding the postponement of this years Debutante Balls. We hope to have these new dates confirmed and emailed to you by the end of June. Those requiring a refund, you should have received those payments last month into your designated bank accounts. ... 13.01.2022 Attention 2020 Debutantes We are emailing our new dates for March 2021 at the end of this week. Those that have not yet returned our messages or emails regarding these new dates will be included in their old group as normal with no option for a refund. If you have any questions, please send an inbox or call a committee member. Thanks everyone

13.01.2022 Hello to all our 2020 Debutantes and Partners! Over the weekend you should have all received an email outlining your specific group dance schedule. For those Debutantes who did not have Partners attend our Registration Night, please ensure you forward the email onto them as we are yet to get their contact details. We will follow all of this information up at our first dance class. ... If you were at the Registration Night but still haven’t received an email or have any questions, please feel free to contact your Group Manager or direct message me on the Facebook page. Looking forward to starting classes in a few weeks!

09.01.2022 One week until our first dance classes commence for 2020! Group 1 & 2 start at 7.30pm- 9pm Thursday 27 February at the Jayde Studio, Ballarat Showgrounds. Please make sure you wear suitable footwear. No thongs or ugg boots!... See you then

09.01.2022 Revised 2020 Debutante Ball dates have been emailed to all debutantes and partners this afternoon. Some emails have bounced back so if you have not received anything please inbox us with your name, group number/colour and correct email address and we will resend. Don’t forget to check you junk box first! We thank you all for your understanding and support and will be in touch later this year regarding dance classes. Stay safe!

04.01.2022 Groups 3&4.. your photos are ready to view online with the information you received from the photographers on the night. Any enquires regarding this should be directed to Photo Design.

02.01.2022 Thank you to everyone who has been able to submit the survey associated with the 2020 Deb season. If you haven’t done it yet please do so by Tuesday 14 April. The answers to some questions that have been submitted: Unfortunately there is no way to reschedule the Debs to later this year due to venue, dance instructor and committee restrictions. This also due to the unpredictably of the current COVID-19 pandemic. ... Refunds will be issued after the 14 April when we have all results from the survey. New dates will be issued in May when we have been able to process all survey responses and look at group preferences. Any bookings that you have made for other services such as limo/transport, hair and makeup, etc will need to be organised on an individual basis. Perhaps asking for a credit may help in this situation so you can rebook at the new dates. We will do our best to keep groups together based on their preferences given in the survey. We hope this eases some minds as we move forward in planning a fantastic Deb season in 2021. Thank you. Jayde Debutante Committee
