25.01.2022 What a blast activity day this week. Good blows and great thrill sailing. Way to go everyone out enjoying the conditions and fun.

20.01.2022 Enjoyable recent times out on the water. Happy sailing and clients. Thank you to all who attended. Here are our new stubby coolers available for purchase from us or the Whitsunday Sailing Club.

20.01.2022 Karen Mahood (L) Sailability committee member, and Mary Dray, at the presentation from Live Life Pharmacy community box. Thank You Live Life Pharmacy.

19.01.2022 Our last activity for 2020 this week with our wonderful clients, volunteers and committee members. An amazing attendance with bonus xmas lunch and visit from Santa. Santa arrived by boat and then quad bike. Merry Christmas to everyone and we look forward to seeing you all again along with any newcomers for the first meet 2 February, 2021. Please come along and volunteer for some fun and to help others in our community.

19.01.2022 Our first activity day this year went well. It was a pleasure to have some newbie clients attend, along with WLAC clients from Proserpine. Even though it was quite hot, we all had fun sailing and boating experiences. There was even a small search and rescue mission to find Sarah's hat...and mission was accomplished! Sarah was very pleased! Thanks to Tony and Greig on the Support boat!. Terry skippered whilst having a couple of songs with Karen on the Observer boat. Many thanks to the volunteers who attended as your assistance is golden. Thanks to Jenny, Tony C, Alan, Greig, Andrew, Yarwun, Bryan, Brian, Terry, Tony M and Karen.

17.01.2022 Welcome back to our clients and volunteers. Our comeback implemented our COVID Plan.A successful happy day was had for all and so we look forward to many future meetings.

11.01.2022 Wonderful Whitsunday weather last week. Tuesday we have another activity day. Contact us if you would like to attend.

11.01.2022 Sailability Whitsunday were at the Sports Expo promo' day today at the Whitsunday PCYC. It was great to showcase what we do for people in our area, who have some form of disability, and like to get out and enjoy the outdoors with us. We hope more in the area will come along to make the most of our services. Jenny, Tony C' and Alan were representing us and shared much information. Many thanks to them as very active volunteers.

09.01.2022 Ahoy there! It is just so awesome to be out on our Whitsunday waters, sharing the world with our clients. We are proud for you, our audience, to see the experiences we provide for the disabled and disadvantaged people in our community. The calm sea was soo good for our souls today. We saw lovely happy turtles in our bay not worried with us watching them. And big cheers to Emilee who finally ventured out after trying for the last couple of visits. All volunteers are welcome and even better if you have experience. See you all again next activity date on Tuesday, 3rd November, 2020 under the Whitsunday Yacht Club.

09.01.2022 Once again, Live Life Pharmacy will be having the Community Box on their counter for us in January. If you are in the shop in January, please remember Sailability and place in some counters when you purchase goods there. Sailability is a non-for-profit organisation. Thank you in advance for your support.

06.01.2022 For our meet yesterday, we had some fun with 303 sails displaying footy colours of Richmond and Essendon. Clients enjoyed the change.

05.01.2022 What a great beginning to our year with some new people attending. Welcome to our new volunteers - "Vennesa" - from Bowen, and a local "Tena." Also attending as a new client is Alison. We hope you have enjoyed coming along. Here are some recent captures of our last meet. Our OZ Tent at the end of the pontoon, was useful avoiding the heat whilst waiting and watching the activities.

04.01.2022 Come along clients and volunteers to our next activity day this Tuesday 29 September...held under the Whitsunday Sailing Club. Volunteers to arrive before 8.30am and clients no later than 9am please. COVID restrictions apply.

03.01.2022 Happy smiling clients today, attending from Endeavour, WALC (Whitsunday Activity Liesure Centre) and Bowen. Even though it was a bit windy, it was still fun. Thanks to all who attended.

01.01.2022 We are all missing our sailing activity days. Hopefully our clients and volunteers are staying safe and well. Looking forward to when we see each other to have fun times again. Take care.
