09.01.2022 A fixed rate loan is where you simply fix your loan interest rate for a specific amount of time and a set interest rate. Your interest rate and repayments would not change during this fixed period. Lenders offer fixed terms from 1 year, up to 10. However a variable rate is where the rate fluctuates either up or down with the market trends. Having a variable rate, you would also see a change in your loan repayment, depending on which way the rate has changed. I have rates on offer for both fixed and variable rate loans in the 2% range, to discuss which option is suited for you, feel free to send me a message.
