25.01.2022 An amazing effort by Jaykai and family and friends, I THANKYOU all so much, the compliments the commitment by you all paid off with a great result. 420 seated guest were privileged to enjoy smoked beef with creamy mash and sautéed veges and second choice was marinated chicken boiled rice and steamed bok choy so yum now time to serve desserts sticky date pudding with caramel sauce and whipped cream and no2 trifle and fresh fruit salad so proud of you all
