It is crucial we recognise and know that acts of violence and supremacy against black people is active and prominent around the world everyday. Change to eliminate racism is not a question of when, it begins now, first in our homes, in our families and in ourselves. Denial around these horrific remarks is not an option. To the countless families who have lost their sons, fathers, mothers, daughters or are victims of inhuman traumas as a result of unethical neglect to human rights decided by someone’s skin tone, I stand by you and fight with you. Respect is not a privilege it’s a right. #blacklivesmatter

03.01.2022 I am extremely excited to be giving you this body of work I have been developing for years. It carries stories and memories that have shaped me as a person today. From long distance travel as a child, pushing boundaries that lead me to tears of joy and heartbreak, exploring all sides of myself and owning each and every part of who I am. Meeting, creating and absorbing everything I can from artists I admire. Directing my first EP was challenging, and from these challenges came confidence. Knowing the power in independence, knowing the power we all have when we can stand in our own power. My hope for the music is that it enhances the confidence you already have within yourself.
